Coach Recap- NCSA Invitational

The NCSA Invitational was held on March 15-16th in Seton. We had 19 swimmers at this event and while every meet is an exciting and amazing opportunity for both coaches and swimmers to bond on deck this weekend of racing turned out to be a particularly exciting one with multiple new qualifiers, personals bests, and all round happy faces from both swimmers and coaches!

NEW QUALIFIERS:

FESTIVALS: 

• Maddie M achieved her time standard in the 100m Medley

• Sadie R-L achieved her time standard in the 100m Back

• Locklyn M achieved her time standard in the 100m Free

• Isla W achieved her time standard in the 100m Breast

PROVINCIAL TRIALS:

• Sadie R-L achieved her time standard in the 100m Back

• Mattayeh S achieved her time standards in both the 50 and 100m Back

Special mention to our medalist for the weekend, Isabelle C, Mattayeh S, Locklyn M, Zoe H and Maddie M bringing in a huge haul of 17 Medals amongst them!

It was an absolute JOY as coaches to watch goals being achieved both in and out the water alongside our athletes and we absolutely love to celebrate with them! We look forward to some fast team racing and memories being made together in Fernie on April 26 & 27th!
