COACH RECAP- WINTER PROVINCIAL TRIALS

We had an amazing group of 10 swimmers attend Alberta Winter Provincial Trials held at MNP from March 7-9th. Our swimmers came prepared after weeks of tough training, ready to race fast. They brought with them such an amazing attitude and great team spirit for our small group.

Provincial Trials Qualifiers:

Phineas A - Earned an additional time standard in the 200m Breast
Cameron C - Earned an additional time standard in the 200m Back
Quinn S - earned an additional time standard in the 50m Free

Provincial Champs Qualifier:

Berkley C - earned her entry into Provincial Championships by taking gold in the 100m Free

HIGHLIGHTS:

Nerves were very high on day one, as Coaches it was incredible as always to watch our Sea Lions do tough things, learn new ways to think, and challenge themselves. Shoutout to the girls who stayed to be the ultimate dream cheer team for Cameron in her 800 Free. What a joy to watch them support her!

Special mention to rockstar Berkley C for receiving both a Gold and Silver Medal, we are all so proud of her!
