Coaches Recap- Jack Frost October 2024
The Jack Frost Invitational was held October 25-27th in Seton. This meet served as a great way for our entire Sea Lions Team of swimmers, coaches, and parents to bond and have fun together!
Additionally, this was a great opportunity for our coaches to see where our swimmers are at and what we can focus on for the remainder of 2024. We had 76 swimmers attend this meet, saw a phenomenal amount of personal best times, and great learning opportunity for how to execute races. Most importantly, we saw so many first time events being tackled by our team across all of our groups.

Juliet B: 50 Fly
Jordan C: 200 Back
Peyton G: 50 Free
Quinn S: 50 Breast
New Festivals Qualifications:
Phineas A: 100 Breast, 100 Medley
Maddie M: 400 Free, 100 Medley
Highlights
A special shout out to Jordan Chen who celebrated his 17th birthday on deck with us! We are so impressed with all of our new fundamental swimmers who were so brave and courageous, trying new things in what was a very daunting environment. Special mention to our very own Sea Lions Senior swimmer, Izzy Clark, who due to an injury could not compete but joined us on deck assisting all our younger Sea Lions feel confident and comfortable for their races.
We are proud of all Sea Lions swimmers and can't wait for the rest of the season!
