COACH RECAP- WACKY T-SHIRT

The Wacky T-Shirt meet was held on November 17th at the Calgary Winter Club. This was an amazing opportunity for the Sea Lions to host and the event was an outstanding success. There were so many people involved in the planning, preparation, and execution of this event. All the hard work, efforts, and passion put into this event was evident to all in attendance.

We enjoyed hosting 5 Clubs from across Calgary. We had a total of 39 Sea Lions swimmers compete and 79 personal best times. It was an absolute pleasure to watch them all!

We wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of all our pool deck officials and coaches. Without parents like you, events like these are simply not possible and your hard work is so appreciated.

From a coaching perspective, watching our swimmers both in and out of the water was absolutely amazing, seeing their individual growth, confidence, and overall improvement as a team from the first few meets of the season was amazing.

We are so excited for our next event, Winter Photos, at Seton on December 7th!
