A few updates for this meet.
Warm-ups will now be at 7:30am to start the meet at 8:20 on both Saturday and Sunday preliminaries.
Each session will be very long as this meet is really, really full. Great to see.
Please be sure to send snacks for your swimmer. With the session lengths - energy management and replenishment is very important.
Psych sheets and a session timeout is here in the meet file. Reminder that this timeout is 40 minutes different as we will start the meet at 8:20 rather than the posted 9am
