DATES: December 3 - 5, 2021
LOCATION: Saanich Commonwealth Place, Elk Lake Drive, Victoria, BC
MEET TIMELINES: These are based on 2 year old meet information
Preliminaries (Friday December 3 - Sunday December 5) Warm-up - 7:30 - 8:30am Start - 8:30am Estimated Finish - 1:30pm
Finals (Friday December 3/Saturday December 4) warm-up - 4:00 - 5:00pm Start 5:00pm Estimated Finish - 8:30pm
Sunday December 5 Final session is scheduled to start and finish 30 minutes earlier than the previous 2 days
COACHES ATTENDING: Rick Burton, Kate Vanderbeek
ACCOMMODATIONS: Howard Johnson on Elk Lake Drive. This hotel is right next to the pool. We have secured a block of rooms for Swimmers, Coaches and Chaperones
AIR TRANSPORTATION: We will be organizing air travel after the Commitment deadline of Sunday October 17. We do know that we must travel on Thursday December 2 and are trying to get tickets on the 6:45pm flight. We will most probably return on Sunday December 5 (there is an 8pm flight we are planning to try for)
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: When we begin the organization of air travel, we will be requiring a deposit (equal to the airline ticket price) for all swimmers who have commited to attend this competition.
