Special Meeting of Sea Lions Swim Club - Vote to adopt amended Terms of Reference

The Sea Lions Executive Committee is proposing amended Terms of Reference. This document acts as the guide in our ongoing operations and decisions. Proposed updates to the terms include: 

1. Giving all Committee members voting privileges
2. Clarifies Committee spending limits with regards to the booster fund 
3. Clarifies Committees working relationship with the CWC
4. Redefines quorum for the Committee
5. Allows for voting by proxy and voting remotely

To amend the Terms of Reference, the Committee must hold a vote with open to the general Sea Lions Swim Club membership.
