We need 7 volunteers to help with the Fernie team outdoor lunch on Saturday April 26th from ~ 10am - 2pm.
Will will need the following:
Food Pickup (Fernie)
- 2 people to pick up food and transport to Fernie Aquatic Center
Table Transport & Setup
- 2 people to bring outdoor tables (from Calgary) to the field but he Fernie Aquatic Center and assist with setup. You will need to own or borrow an outdoor table to bring out.
Food Management & Cleanup
- 3 people to help with food serving, monitoring and post event cleanup
